Allopathic Physician (M.D.)

Duties and Responsibilities: they diagnose and treat conditions that affect every area of the body. They preform physical examinations and interpret the information contained in diagnostic tests to determine the cause of a patient’s symbols. They may specialize in one area of medicine, such as cardiology, nephrology, oncology, endocrinology, psychiatry, radiology or anesthesiology.

Salary: About $209,000 (family practice)
            About $330,000 (internal medicine)

Education: They must pass state medicine licensing exams before beginning their residency and usually are required to pass a second exam at the end of their residency to gain certification in their field of specialty.

Reflection: I think I would like to be an allopathic physician. It seems interesting to me. I would like to learn more about it.
