Reflection: I do agree with this statement but at the same time I don’t. The person decided what they want to do in life and there’s no way somebody will make them change their mind. Some people don't really care and they just want to be ahead of other people.   


Allopathic Physician (M.D.)

Duties and Responsibilities: they diagnose and treat conditions that affect every area of the body. They preform physical examinations and interpret the information contained in diagnostic tests to determine the cause of a patient’s symbols. They may specialize in one area of medicine, such as cardiology, nephrology, oncology, endocrinology, psychiatry, radiology or anesthesiology.

Salary: About $209,000 (family practice)
            About $330,000 (internal medicine)

Education: They must pass state medicine licensing exams before beginning their residency and usually are required to pass a second exam at the end of their residency to gain certification in their field of specialty.



Reflection: I think I would like to be an allopathic physician. It seems interesting to me. I would like to learn more about it.

Reflection: I think it really depends in the person. It also depends in what they think. Some people may think that true wealth is of the heart not of the purse and some people may not think that.


Allergist/ Immunologist
Duties and Responsibilities: they find the cause of allergic irritants that trigger immune response in the body. They preform clinical evaluation of allergies in patients for appropriate treatments. They participate in the ongoing research efforts on allergies.

Salary: about $157,000

Education: Must earn your medical doctorate, in order to get your MD it is required several years of schooling.



Reflection: I don’t think I would like to become an Allergist. I’m not really interested in being one.

Refection: I do thing wealthy is not much what we have as what we are. I think that because people might be rich but be really mean and selfish. They also might be rich but have no friends.  



Acupuncture

Duties and responsibilities: it involves inserting needles at points on the body’s surface to influence physiological functions. They treat a wide range of physical and psychological conditions and provide support for patients with chronic diseases. Licensed acupuncture practitioners are trained to provide a broad range of healthcare services, including internal, dental and visual care, as well as addiction treatment, pain management and rehabilitation assistance. Professionals are trained to treat the entire individual rather than the specific illness or condition. They take into account a patient’s physical, mental and emotional condition order to determine the proper course of treatment.
Salary: about $81,000
Education: A master’s degree program begins the core educational training for an acupuncturist. Most master’s level acupuncture programs require 3-4 years of study. Eventual in the most states is partially dependent on them completion of an acupuncture training program Accreditation Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.


 Reflection: I wouldn't like to be an acupuncturist. I’m not interested in being an acupuncturist.

Reflection: It all depends on the person. There are people who do things and don't care. They don't feel bad about what they did, they actually feel good. Other people do wrong and don't feel good. It also depends in what they did. It may be for a good cause or it could be for a bad cause. It could also be to help out another person or your self.
